REFUND POLICY
While we offer superior quality products with prompt service we DO NOT entertain returns or refund, since we double-check each product’s quality before packing & dispatching.
DAMAGED PRODUCT:
Please be assured that we take utmost care while packing each order, despite which if you see any damages, kindly email us with your order number, details of stated damage and unboxing video of the package on Support@freebeejewel.com, within 48 hours from the receipt of the package.
NOTE: Unboxing videos are required to start right from the opening of the outer package (White/black mail bag) and the video should not be cut/paused/edited at any cost, failing which we shall not address the issue. Without a proper unboxing video, we shall not proceed to address your claims. The very purpose of an unboxing video is to confirm that you have received the product in such condition and hence the damage needs to be clearly shown in the video.
Once we confirm the claim and agree to exchange, we would send a fresh product of your order, within 6 days from the date of receipt of the damaged product. Tracking details of which will be emailed back to your registered ID. Replacement of the same product only will be given and refund/exchanges are not applicable. In cases where the same product is unavailable, a coupon code will be provided to you which can be redeemed at future purchases with Free Bee Jewel.
Kindly note that the return package must be booked within 48 hours from the time of communication. If the package is booked later, then the return will not be accepted. For any concerns/questions, kindly reach out to us at Support@freebeejewel.com.
Please note that you cannot swap the product in question with a different product.
We DO NOT have returns/exchange, but if in case of return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: In case of return, kindly note that the refund will only be processed if the product(s) is returned in a proper condition, excluding the defects claimed at the time of return. If there are additional defects apart from those that were first mentioned, refund will not be processed.
Cases when refund/exchanges are not applicable:
1. If the product’s look and finishing does suit your taste/liking.
2. If the product is too heavy/light/big/small/not as expected.
3. In the rarest of cases, stones/beads might come off during transit which can be easily fixed with a glue and thus will not be exchanged/refunded/returned.
4. Earring stems may be intentionally bent to avoid damages to itself and other products, hence this is not considered a defect.
5. For the items under Kundan Jadau collections: All items under this category go through an extensive handmade process, as is followed for real gold base jewelry. Please note that the stone setting is done through a handmade process and hence no two pieces will be the same, there may be irregularities in terms of stone shape & setting as they are purely handmade. The stones are first carved to the shape of the mold and then will be fit into it, issues with respect to stone shape/setting will be not be considered as a defect/damage.
6. We do not have exchanges/returns/refunds for international customers due to operational constraints.
