Each and every confirmed order is shipped within 24 hours’ time from our warehouse. The orders received on Sunday/Holidays are shipped on the next working day, after confirmation. The moment your order is shipped from our warehouse, it will take approximately 2-7 working days for it to be delivered to you, depending on your location.
Website is currently enabled for orders with shipping within the limits of India. we are not taking International orders currently.
Do not worry! Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to our warehouse. So, you have another chance! Don’t miss it again! Our team will contact you regarding the same if necessary.
We have tied up with various reputed logistics providers like Delhivery Pvt. Ltd, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, etc. for shipping within India.
We process all orders immediately, as and when we receive them, hence cancellation is not available. Kindly note that we do not have a cancel feature on orders once placed, irrespective of whether or not the order is dispatched from our facility.
At the moment, we do not provide COD facility.
You can pay using any of our wide variety of payments modes like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI, GPay, PayTM that are supported on our website.

As this is fashion jewellery, there’s no guarantee/warranty as such but please be sure that nothing will happen to the jewellery for a very long time if basic care is taken, like minimum contact with soap, water and perfume to ensure its longevity. Also, always put the product back into its packaging after use.
Yes, a package opening video right from the opening of the outer cover is required in order to claim the damages if any. Kindly ensure that there are no cuts/pauses and that the damage is clearly seen in the video.
In most rare cases, stones might come off due to transit shock and can be stuck back using regular glue. Each piece will be individually packed; hence the stone will be left in the cover.
Earring stems are purposefully bent in some case in order to avoid damage during transit and is not considered a defect. Kindly straighten them by slight pressure, no tool required.
